The Role
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the Eureka Coffee Grinders UK sales strategy and execution. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and shaping the long-term commercial success of Eurekaβs premium coffee grinders in the UK market.
As the Head of Sales, you will build and manage key customer relationships, identify strategic growth opportunities, and lead with a clear focus on performance, partnerships, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives, market dynamics, and brand positioning.
- Lead and grow key account relationships across distributors, roasters, wholesalers and online retailers, ensuring long-term partnership value.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities, leveraging industry insight and commercial acumen to penetrate new opportunities.
- Represent the brand at a senior level within the UK coffee industry, including at trade events, conferences, and high-level partner meetings.
- Provide strategic input to product positioning, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team as the business scales, fostering a results-driven, customer-centric culture.
- Own the sales pipeline and forecasting process, delivering accurate projections and reporting to the leadership team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure service excellence and brand consistency.
