We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Cleaner in the Southampton area with a Commercial Automotive Garage.
Hourly Rate: Competitive
Basic Hours: 7.00 am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with ½ an hour unpaid lunch.
Other Benefits: Holiday: 20 days plus 8 Bank Holiday’s (pro rate in first year). Holiday increases with time served.
Duties to include:
- Sweeping and deep clean of workshop floor, keeping outside areas clean and tidy.
- Keeping special tool store clean and tidy, emptying bins, keeping workshop clear from used / scrap items and place in recycled areas
- Assisting with vehicle movements in the yard to aid productivity of the workshop technicians, steam cleaning vehicles, very occasional, collection and delivery of customer vehicles and parts, cleaning courtesy vehicles
- Daily cleaning of all staff facilities and rest room areas.
- Show a great deal of self-motivation in the way in which duties are conducted.
