An exciting opportunity has arisen here with us at Jago Consultants we are looking to expand our recruitment team and have a vacancy for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to come and join us .
This role is to join a well-established fun and hardworking team, where you will have the opportunity to recruit for our existing clients and help win new business.

This job is exciting, fast paced and will challenge you daily. You will need a CAN-DO attitude with a work ethic that’s second to none. You will be passionate, ambitious, money motivated and driven to succeed in your career.
We want to speak to people who ideally have experience in: Sales / Estate Agent / Out-bound Call-Centre / Insurance Sales / Office Sales Environment
Day-to-day you will learn to:
· Source candidates through headhunting and networking on sites such as our CRM / LinkedIn / Job Boards.
. Discussing, and taking job orders from clients.
· Writing and posting job adverts.
· Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
· Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
· Building relationships with existing and future clients
