Our client is a Main Car Dealership Nr Heathrow, looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team. Working as part of a team, you will be focused on delivering a very high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference and wanting to join a company who can offer long-term career progression.

Parts Advisor salary package: Basic starting at £23,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience) + Bonus taking the annual earnings to 30k.

Parts Advisor Role: Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.

As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. This includes:

  • Goods-in processes
  • Parts identification
  • Order processes
  • Perpetual stock checking
  • Stock rotation
  • Parts returns
  • Liaising with Service over parts related matters

You will be customer focused and able to prioritise your workload to ensure you meet customer’s expectations.

Parts Advisor Requirements:

  • To have experience as a Parts Advisor
  • Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
  • To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
  • To have a valid driving licence
