Are you an Experienced Sales Executive looking for that next opportunity, to grow and become one of the best in the business?
Location: Stevenage
Hours: 5.5 days a week, one late night a week till 6.30pm, Saturday 9am till 5pm, Sunday and bank holidays 10 till 4 on a rota
Salary: Basic £18,000 OTE £55,000
Key responsibilities:
- Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
- Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, in order to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
- Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
- Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
- Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times
Skills, experience and attributes:
- A full clean driving licence is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs
- You will be highly motivated
- Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development
- Be computer literate, including MS packages
- Smart appearance, friendly and approachable
- Be punctual with excellent time management
