Vehicle Product Genius required by main car dealership in the Slough area of Berkshire.
As a Product Genius, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the vehicle / brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Product Genius Role
- To ensure all customers enjoy the best possible experience within the retail environment
- To offer support to the current sales team
- To provide customers with specific and relevant information about new and used cars
- Planning, managing and delivery of test drives to customers
- Offering additional product insight to both sales and aftersales customers
- Managing retailer product display and accessory merchandising
- Organising and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars
