My client, a franchised main dealer on the Kent/Sussex border, is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to lead the Fleet department and drive performance to achieve manufacturer and volume objectives.
Based in Tonbridge/Sevenoaks, the role requires Monday to Friday work and offers an OTE of £45–£50k. The successful candidate will coach and develop the sales team, maximise profitability, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
