Service Advisor – Overview We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team to deliver a high standard of service to all our customers. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.Location & Hours Customer Service Advisor needed in the Exeter area for an Automotive Dealership.Basic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm inclusive with 1⁄2 an hour unpaid lunch. Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon.Responsibilities This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as:Planning of schedule servicingMOT bookingsJob creationObtaining and updating of order numbersLiaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced.Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure.
