On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced service administrator to join a busy commercial main dealer in Crawley.
Candidate Requirements;
· Previous experience in a Customer Service role within a Vehicle Service Dealership is preferred but not essential
· Open attitude to learning and being part of a team
· Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
· Great customer handling skills and being putting the customer first
· Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload and conflicting deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn

· Kerridge Experience
· One Link Experience / CV Link Fleet booking system
Job Responsibilities:
· Administration support for the service department and site manager.
· Taking bookings via telephone, email and in person.
· Organising collections/drop offs of customer vehicles.
· Telephoning customers to ensure vehicles are ready for collection.
Salary: up to £23,000
Hours:
45 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Saturdays 07:00 to 13:00 in accordance with the Company Rota.
