Location : Slough
Hours :
Monday to Saturday 8.45am to 6pm, Saturdays 8.45am to 5pm with day off in the week, No Sundays!!!
Salary :
Basic £22,000 OTE £40-45,000K
Key responsibilities
- Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
- Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, in order to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
- Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
- Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
- Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always
Skills, experience and attributes
- A full clean driving licence is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs
- You will be highly motivated
- Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development
- Becomputer-literate, including MS packages
- Smart appearance, friendly and approachable
- Be punctual with excellent time management
