My client is a Prestige Car Dealership who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their existing team.
Sales Administrator Role
- Prepare month-end analyses of all sales invoices to calculate sales commissions and file invoices.
- Complete taxation forms related to applications and refunds, raising cheques for sign-off as required.
- Ensure all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and take necessary actions for vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles.
- Locate sold orders not in stock, arrange transfers or orders, and notify salespersons of any anticipated shortfalls.
- Process requests for vehicle transfers out, ensuring documentation is complete, vehicles are removed from stock lists, and payments are received.
- Monitor vehicle deliveries to ensure they match orders, and update vehicle stock records accordingly.
- Prepare general correspondence as needed.
Sales Administrator Requirements
- Highly organized with excellent computer skills.
- Good working knowledge of Kerridge / ADP software.
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator is essential.
