An opportunity to work for an established technology led IT service provider. The company offers specialist IT managed services to many leading brands including Regatta & Premiership Rugby. The main goal is to increase productivity, improve security and transform how a business operates. They deal directly with small start-ups to multinational corporations enhancing their IT infrastructure and offer cloud based solutions. It’s a very diverse company offering comprehensive packages to their clients such as consultancy, project & account management.
With offices in Surrey and London they are growing fast and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and passionate about business generation and IT. You’ll be working closely with IT and business team members to ensure smooth relationships with customers. You will be dealing with IT support calls, troubleshooting and escalating to other team members. You will need to be naturally technically minded with good interpersonal skills and show business enterprise. You will need to think quick and prioritise problem solving within all aspects of tasks.
