Our client is a new prestige car dealership looking to recruit a Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join their existing team. As a Receptionist, you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service. You should be able to build rapport with customers, quickly establish their needs, and assist in any way required.
- Greet customers and introduce them to service, parts, & sales departments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages as required
- Provide refreshments to customers while they wait
- Maintain a friendly and organized showroom environment
- Perform administrative duties for the dealership, including holiday cover, sickness records, and Health & Safety compliance
- Work with initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Assist with Sales Administration tasks (training provided)
About You:
- You will need to be highly organized
- Excellent computer skills – trained in Excel
- Have a professional appearance
- Excellent telephone manner
- Driving license is preferable

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
