Job Description

Our client is a well-established Main car dealership based in Portslade Brighton, who are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their existing team. As a Receptionist, you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to build rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly, and assist in any way required.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and introducing them to service, parts, and sales departments
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages as required
  • Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional showroom environment
  • Performing administration duties for the dealership\’s operations, including holiday cover, sickness records, and health & safety documentation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction records are up to date

The ideal candidate should be able to work with initiative under pressure.

About You:

  • You will need to be highly organized
  • Excellent computer skills – must be trained on Excel
  • Have a smart appearance
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer-facing skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude
  • Driving license preferable

Package: £24,400

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00-18:00
