About the position
The successful candidate for our Product Specialist vacancy will be entered into a training programme that involves in-house learning, product use and manufacturer led training. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and show the ability to work well in a team.
You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Product Specialist position involves:
- Maintaining in-depth, specialist knowledge of the product.
- Aim to create a new retail experience for our customers.
- Handing over vehicles to customers and explaining all the product features.
- Supporting the sales team when required.
- Providing individual technical support to all departments.
- Passing on knowledge to the sales team by holding coaching sessions on new technologies.
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
About our requirements
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
