Job Description
Our client is a successful e-commerce Aftermarket automotive parts supply company, who are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Sales Advisor .
The company has been very successful oversees and is now entering the UK market. The company has secured premises in Reading, and is now looking to recruit a successful member of staff to start driving their sales performance, you will be reporting to the UK Operations Manager.
As a specialist Aftermarket supply company, they are an e-commerce business and are able to sell to both Retail and Trade customers and throughout the UK, and oversees.
This role will be mainly office based, and will focus on gaining new business (both Retail and Trade) via telephone, email campaigns and using social media and using the CRM database.
Parts Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
Maintain and Develop customer database
Create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
Contribute to the achievement of maximum customer retention through effective representation
Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, prices and key competitors.
Produce reports on all business sales activities including follow-up, prospecting, sales presentations, new clients etc, to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports and paperwork.
Assist in the development of strategy to increase business in accordance with Business/Growth plan.
About you:
Minimum of 5-years experience of working within a similar role ( Trade Parts Advisor / Parts Wholesale / Aftermarket Rep)
Motor trade experience is essential to this role
Valid Driving Licence
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
PC literate
A willingness to drive sales and be part of an exciting and growing team
Salary:
Basic salary £25,000 – £27,000, OTE up to £30,000 – £32,000
