Job Description
My client is a main car dealership team based in Reading and they are currently looking for a new parts advisor to join their team.
The 1Part Contact Centre has been created to liaise with our retail and trade customers from a central point for the supply of
PSA Group, MG, Hyundai & Mazda parts & accessories. The team will handle retail telephone enquiries and all third-party
trade parts telephone enquiries, order and arrange delivery of parts to the relevant dealerships for collection.
The successful candidates will have excellent telephone skills, good knowledge of car parts and will be competent looking up parts
on the electronic parts catalogue, previous experience using Kerridge would be an advantage as well as superb customer care skills
to be able to maintain and develop relationships with our trade customers.
Basic salary is 27K plus 5K bonus potential (based on parts sales)Hours are 08:00am until 17:30pm Monday to Friday (Saturdays are on a rota basis & time is given back in lieu of any Saturdays worked)
