Our client is a Main LCV Dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.
Parts Advisor Role:
- Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service.
- The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, and to ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly.
- As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. This includes goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters.
- You should be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet customer expectations.
Parts Advisor – Requirements:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealer environment
- Preferably experience with Autoline / Kerridge
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work
- Valid driving license
Package:
- Basic salary up to £30,000, OTE £33,000-£35,000
- Additional benefits include a free MOT per year
