Job Description
Our client is a car dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.
Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly:
You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters
You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations
You have a good technical / mechanical understanding to aide your parts identification / up-sell technique
About You:
To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor
Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
To have a valid driving licence
Package:
Basic up to £24-25,000 depending on experience – OTE £35,000
Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 12.30pm
