Job Description

My client is a main car dealership in Chiswick, and they are looking for a Panel Technician to join their team.

Due to the growth and expansion across our dealerships in West London and Hertfordshire, we are now looking to recruit a qualifiedPanel Technician.

You will join our team of specialists, providing high quality and efficient vehicle repairs for our customers, at our Chiswick dealership, based in West London.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: Chiswick

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday mornings, if and when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair vehicles, including dismantling and reassembling
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to produce a high-quality repair, in line with quality standards
  • Obtain any necessary technical information required
  • Attend training to keep abreast of the latest technical information
  • Accurately report and record work done and tests carried out, and immediately report any further work required or vehicle faults
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • A Full Driving licence is essential
  • Able to work to customer-driven timescales
  • Work as part of a team or on their own
  • High efficiency is essential and all work must be completed to the required standard first time, every time
