Our client is a main Dealer who is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The role involves meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, and demonstrating vehicles accordingly. You will discuss funding and sell additional F&I products, as well as build and maintain your customer database. Following a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building a long-term rapport with your customers is essential.
About You
- To have sales experience ideally within the motor trade.
- To be confident, self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
- To have a positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to your work.
- To have a valid driving licence.
Basic and Hours
£20,000 OTE £40,000 plus uncapped. Monday to Friday, Saturdays and every other Sunday on rota, Day off in week and company car, plus many more benefits.
