Our client is a car dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.
Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a small team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive, ensure electronic up-sell VHCs are completed promptly:
- You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters
- You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations
- You have a good technical / mechanical understanding to aide your parts identification / up-sell technique
About You:
- To have main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor
- Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
- To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
- To have a valid driving licence
Package:
- Basic up to £24-25,000 depending on experience – OTE £35,000
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 12.30pm
