Office Administrator (Part-time) required to cover maternity leave for a well-established IT company based in the Worthing area. They are looking for a bright, ambitious person to join their busy business support department.

The successful candidate will be dealing with various office roles including:

  • Quote & purchase order management
  • Liaison between various internal departments and customers to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of their products and services
  • Administration duties related to the role
  • Assisting the rest of the department with ad-hoc duties as required – including Project Coordination and Diary Management

Position Overview:

  • Management of contract renewals & quotations
  • Sending reminders to customers for upcoming deadlines
  • Scheduling regular technician visits and diary management
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to agree schedules
  • Organising the ordering of required licensing and managing the activation thereof
  • Owning and managing client requests, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Quoting works where required
  • Clearly explaining technical matters to non-technical users verbally and in writing
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock control
  • Management of onboarding new customers and undertaking customer handovers

Position Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
  • Confident, professional and a strong team player
  • Highly self-motivated

Position Remuneration:

  • Salary Β£23,000 – 24,000 (Pro-rata)
  • Hours are either 5 days a week 10-2pm, or 3 days a week 9-5 (Flexible on the right candidate)
  • Holiday pro-rata
  • Pension Scheme
  • Other benefits discussed at interview stage
