Our Client is a successful Main Car Dealership in Norwich looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician.
About the position
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. You will join a friendly team and work with an exciting product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to high standards.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Occasionally speaking with customers to provide technical opinions.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
- Keeping good housekeeping standards and organized administration of work.
Requirements
We expect our new Volkswagen Vehicle Technician to demonstrate skills such as:
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Quality awareness.
- Full driving license.
Salary and Hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am to 1pm.
