On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary for a busy Commercial Property Department. You will provide typing support to the team and assist with all stages of commercial transactions, from initial enquiry to completion.
Ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent secretarial, administrative, and IT skills, and be open to working in a largely paperless environment.
- Have experience as a Legal Secretary within a property team, with knowledge of commercial property transactions.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Have excellent client care and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Possess an excellent telephone manner and communicate effectively through all mediums.
- Work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Assist in maintaining file compliance with internal procedures and Lexcel accreditation standards, along with general secretarial duties.
