Job Description
The Role – Legal Client Partner
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Client Partner to join our new office in
Hursley, Winchester.
The role will be flexible, but the successful candidate will be based from the office at least 2 days per week.
If you’re looking to join an entrepreneurial firm that is challenging the status quo of traditional law firms, this could be the opportunity for you.
You will need to have a strong knowledge and a keen interest in at least one of the areas of corporate, commercial, intellectual property and employment law . We welcome applications from individuals with experience in other areas of business law so long as the experience is relevant.
It will be your job to really understand our clients’ businesses and provide them with the right level of legal guidance and support as and when they need it. You will be working closely with our team to ensure our clients receive the guidance and support they need in a timely manner. An ability to oversee and manage a project from start to finish with excellent attention to detail will be essential for this role.
And when you’re not helping our clients to grow and protect their businesses, you’ll be working closely with the management team at Hybrid to help grow and develop our business and your role within it.

Hands-on Role
You will be our client’s first port of call when it comes to support with legal research, reviewing contracts and providing legal guidance to our clients. You’ll be working alongside our very experienced team of Associates where you will gain direct and extensive experience into the more complex matters they handle on behalf of our clients.

We’re set within 110 acres of picturesque grounds with access to tennis courts, cricket and football pitches, basketball, a microbrewery, clubhouse, café and lots of free onsite parking.
