Our client is a UK leading organisation specialising in IT strategies and solutions to power growth. Operating across the South East & beyond, they deliver infrastructure, security, software, and support for businesses, schools, and other organisations. They are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team based in Marden, Tonbridge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and prioritise service tickets.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support / onsite support when required.
  • Assist clients with management of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks on infrastructure.
  • Assist with quoting and purchasing of services.
  • Provide accurate information as requested.
  • Identify and report security weaknesses.
  • Report malfunctions through the appropriate channels.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products.
  • Troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
  • Computer Hardware Repairs.
  • Experience with Mac OS (Desirable).
  • ConnectWise Automate (LabTech) experience (Desirable).

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
  • 25 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • Additional benefits discussed at interview.
