Junior IT 1st Line Support

As a Junior 1st line support technician, you will spend the majority of the time troubleshooting and developing customers networks / applications. You will need to have proficient communication skills and high levels of customer service.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Office 365.
• Previous networking experience.
• Effective communication when escalating duties to 2nd line.
• Passion for all things Tech.
• Desktop support experience.
• Great team player and happy to work alone.
• Willingness to learn and progress into higher senior positions.
• Analytic and organisational skills.
