My client is a well-established IT firm that offers highly effective, reliable, and affordable IT services for businesses across the UK, operating since 2002. They are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Hampshire. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience working as an IT Technician and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Position Requirements:
- Manage and support SME clients' IT hardware and networks
- Attend client sites within Hampshire, Sussex & Surrey (Pool car provided)
- Provide remote and telephone-based support
- Build rapport with existing and new clients
- Deliver first-class technical support at all times
- Stay updated with new technology and knowledge
Additional Requirements:
- Clean Driving License – Essential
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 to date (Mac & Citrix preferred)
- Able to work productively within a team of 8
- Previous experience supporting IT networks and various client accounts
Position Remuneration:
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Extra holiday days for length of service: 1 extra paid holiday per 2 years
- Paid day off for your birthday
- Option to buy up to 5 extra holiday days per year
