Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for an immigration solicitor at least 2 years PQE who has good experience of working in a busy immigration law firm. The duties and responsibilities will include doing all the work on immigration applications, appeals and Judicial Reviews.
The successful applicants will also be expected to have :
- Good knowledge of immigration rules, visa categories, application forms, procedures, requirements etc.;
- Experience of dealing with various immigration applications including Points Based Applications, Spouse visa applications, British Citizenship applications Tier-based applications, Sponsor Licence and Certificate of Sponsorship applications and personal immigration applications.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills;
- Ability to work under heavy workload and to tight deadlines;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Skills to correctly apply the relevant Immigration Rules and Regulations to the given circumstances of a client;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good IT skills
This role is based in our clients office in Bedford.
