On behalf of our client we are looking for an Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience to join a busy team based in Bedford. Ideally you will:

  • Assist fee earners with research
  • Arrange appointments at the UK Visas and Immigration and liaise with the visa agent
  • Ensure electronic application forms are kept up to date
  • Assist with the preparation of same day applications and liaise closely with the main fee earner
  • Proofread and check forms and documents for accuracy
  • Complete immigration application forms, standard letters/emails for fee earner review and submission to the UK Visas and Immigration
  • Make telephone calls to organisations, monitor and check progress of applications and report back to fee earners

Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
