HR BUSINESS PARTNER – CANTERBURY

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

Working for a well-established and respected company, our client seeks someone looking to build on their HR experience.

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting and advising on employee relations cases.
  2. Managing long-term absence cases.
  3. Providing people management and development support, including coaching.
  4. Attending meetings onsite as necessary.
  5. Supporting the HR administration function.

Person Specification:

You should be resilient, capable of influencing leadership and management teams on people issues, and adaptable to changing priorities. Comfort working under pressure to meet deadlines is essential.

Qualifications: Ideally CIPD level 5 or higher.

Working hours: 5 days a week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
