Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their team.
Working for a well-established and respected company, our client is seeking someone who is looking to build on the HR experience.
HR Administrator Role:
Reporting to the Group HR Director the role of a HR Administrator is to provide administrative support to the HR department across the full range of HR activities and central administration.
You will provide administrative support to investigations under the Disciplinary and Grievance procedures for the company.
You will be responsible for managing all new CV’s and responding to them as appropriate this will include the organising of interviews.
You will be responsible for credit checks and references for new starters, including the company car ordering process.
You will be required to assist with the maintenance and updates of the HR computer System (XCD) this will include, holiday, and sickness and data checks.
You will also be required to assist and help organise with internal employee events.
As a HR Administrator:
To be able to prioritise and deal with a multiple workload to meet deadlines
You will be friendly but professional in your approach and be able to communicate well with candidates and employees.
You will need to be able to organise your own time efficiently and work well towards deadlines.
You will be naturally organised with paperwork and have good attention to detail.
