You will report to the Network Manager and work in a small team providing 1st line support to staff and students, helping manage over 500 PC stations and classrooms with interactive TVs.
Training is provided, with DBS check required. The role offers progression into a permanent position and a structured apprenticeship path to Level 3 ICT Technician.
