I am working with a main car dealership in High Wycombe looking for Sales Executives to join their growing team.
Are you an Experienced Sales Executive looking for that next opportunity, to grow and become one of the best in the business?
Key responsibilities:
- Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department.
- Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, in order to maximise sales and maintain repeat business.
- Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles.
- Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives.
- Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times.
Skills, experience and attributes:
- A full clean driving licence is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer’s needs.
- You will be highly motivated.
- Have an enthusiastic interest in your ongoing training and development.
- Be computer literate, including MS packages.
- Smart appearance, friendly and approachable.
- Be punctual with excellent time management.
Location: High Wycombe
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm with day off in the week, No Sundays!!!
Salary: Basic £18,000 OTE £45,000K
