Job Description
Our client is an HGV operation who are looking to recruit a HGV Trained Technicians / mechanics for their busy site.
We are recruiting for the following shift patterns :
- Late Shift 2pm – 11 : 30pm HGV Technician (Productive Foreman position)
- Late Shift 2-pm – 11 : 30pm HGV Technician
- Day Shift
HGV Technicians / Mechanic
Depending on experience they will consider Technicians with a passenger car background for LCV work, or experienced HGV technicians.
HGV Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Role :
You will be required to carry out servicing and maintenance repairs, MOT Preparation
Identify and diagnose vehicle faults using a logical and efficient method to ensure first time fix is achieved.
Communicate well with Customers, colleagues and Service Administration
Complete all necessary paper work in-line with company guidelines and manufacturer warranty procedures
HGV Vehicle Technician / Mechanic :
You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician
Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 of equivalent
Experienced in Vehicle Diagnostics
Appropriate driving licence for class of vehicle
HGV Techs Excellent Rates of pay
