Our client is an HGV operation who are looking to recruit HGV Trained Technicians / mechanics for their busy site.
We are recruiting for the following shift patterns:
- Late Shift 2pm – 11:30pm HGV Technician (Productive Foreman position)
- Late Shift 2pm – 11:30pm HGV Technician
- Day Shift HGV Technicians / Mechanic
Depending on experience, they will consider Technicians with a passenger car background for LCV work, or experienced HGV technicians.
HGV Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Role: You will be required to carry out servicing and maintenance repairs, MOT Preparation. Identify and diagnose vehicle faults using a logical and efficient method to ensure first time fix is achieved. Communicate well with Customers, colleagues and Service Administration. Complete all necessary paperwork in-line with company guidelines and manufacturer warranty procedures.
HGV Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Requirements:
- You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experienced in Vehicle Diagnostics
- Appropriate driving licence for class of vehicle
HGV Techs Excellent Rates of pay.
