My client is seeking an experienced and energetic sales manager to manage their Bedford multi-brand centre.

They offer a competitive package of £40-£45k basic plus bonus (OTE £60k-£65k ) along with good career progression opportunities and all the benefits you would expect from a modern franchised dealership.

The role is full-time (5.5 days average/week).

22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays. You will also get your birthday off following successful probation.

Company car (subject to insurance criteria).

About you

You will be someone who can lead passionately from the front, understand how a dealership works, and have experience as a Main Dealer General Sales Manager or a very experienced business manager. You should be used to managing manufacturer relationships and producing the best results for sales and customer satisfaction.

You must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience and live within a commutable distance to Bedford or be willing to relocate.
