Our client is a leading automotive retailer seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor for their dealership.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership, be enthusiastic, possess a natural rapport with customers, and be skilled in selling the features and benefits of work.

The role includes:

  1. Working with a dedicated team passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Taking responsibility for your customers, ensuring their expectations are met, and focusing on areas such as customer concerns and VHC up-sell.
  3. Being customer-focused, prioritizing workload to meet customer expectations.
  4. Having a confident approach and good technical understanding to support up-selling techniques.

As a Service Advisor:

  1. Ideally, you will be an experienced Main Dealer Service Advisor with a solid career background.
  2. This hands-on role involves liaising daily with all dealership departments.
  3. You should be charismatic, driven to succeed, focused on excellent customer service, and eager to advance your career.

Package:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with alternate Saturdays.
