Jago Consultants are currently representing a highly regarded law firm in West Sussex, with a diverse client base who provide first class advice across a range of sectors. They are currently seeking a Commercial and Corporate Lawyer with 7+ Years PQE.
As a Commercial & Corporate Lawyer, you will manage a range of work involving a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, company formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, and general business advice.
To be considered for this position:
- You will need to have a minimum of 7 years PQE
- You will have a keen eye for attention to detail and will be able to prioritise workload and enjoy working under pressure.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working to deadlines
- This position will involve building reputable relationships with clients and staff across all departments and so you will need to be able to work well within a team of people but also work strongly as an individual.
