Jago Consultants are proud to be working with a family-run business in the Chichester, West Sussex area seeking a Field Service Engineer.
Outline of duties below.
- Position: Field Service Sales Engineer, Full Time / Permanent 39 – 45 hours per week
- Field Service Areas Covered: Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, London, Surrey
- Emergency cover areas (holidays etc): Dorset, Kent, Wiltshire
- Office Location: Chichester, West Sussex
- Provided: Company Car / Small Van, Fuel Card (or mileage claimed if using own vehicle), Company Pension Scheme, Company Mobile Phone and Tablet, Uniform, Paid Holiday Leave
Duties:
- Repair & Maintain Vacuum Packers, Meat Mincers, Sausage Fillers, Electric Ovens, Food Slicers, Meat Bandsaws, Electronic Weighing Scales (including PC Based Machines), Other Food Preparation Equipment as required at customer premises. Also workshop repairs and refurbishments.
- Our customers include Butchers Shops, Wholesale Butchers, Deli’s, Farm Shops, Convenience Stores, Kitchens, and Green Grocers.
- Sales of New and Pre-Owned Food Processing Machinery and Weighing Scales, Sales of Service Contracts, Sales of Spare Parts.
Experience Required: Training or experience in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, knowledge of Microsoft Apps such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Salary: From £25,000 per year, commission on machinery, parts, and service contract sales (% of sales).
