Are you currently looking for a new role? We have had an exciting opportunity come up for a Car Sales Manager to join a busy main dealer in the Bridgwater / Taunton / Wellington / Tiverton area.
We are working with a main car dealership who are looking for a forward thinking, experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team.
You will be currently working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with a background in management and have an excellent and successful track record.
You must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role, and will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach. You will be running a successful sales operation and looking to progress your career.
Car Sales Manager Role:
Drive the business forward to maximise car sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction
Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness
Provide guidance, training and motivation to team members of all levels, to maximise individuals’ potential and create a strong and focused sales team
Maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Ensuring that the sales process is followed at all times in order to maximise sales opportunities
Liaise with the manufacturer and achieve their volume, CSI and other aspirations as appropriate
