My Client is a prestigious Main Dealership in Worthing and they’re looking for a Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site. Package: Negotiable Salary.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
- Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with customers.
- Maintain a friendly but professional approach with first-class people skills.
- Be proactive, driven and highly motivated to succeed with a proven ability to demonstrate success in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a main dealership with a successful, proven track record in the motor industry.
- Demonstrated stability across previous roles.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process and build strong rapport with each customer.
- Prepared to drive performance on a daily basis.
- Valid UK driving licence.
