Our client is a successful, privately owned IT company based in the Burgess Hill area. They have exciting opportunities for two forward thinking IT 1st Line Technicians to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within a successful, well-established company offering continued training and development.
As a 1st Line Support Technician you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and IT support to a variety of clients. With individual needs, this role will be suited for someone coming from a similar role who is used to working in a fast paced environment.
- You will be responding to inbound support emails and calls.
- You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.
- You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client.
- You will be required to carry out site visits and on-site troubleshooting when required.
For this 1st Line Support Technician role you will need to be pro-active with a can do attitude. You will have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach. You will need to have a keen interest in developing a career in IT. You will ideally have 12-months IT experience OR have recently studied an IT qualification and be looking for your first IT job.
