We are working with a busy Bodyshop who is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Estimator / VDA to work in their busy operation.
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Job Role: The role of a Bodyshop Estimator / VDA is to correctly interpret Customer or internal instructions and complete estimates and associated documentation, by following documented Quality Procedures. You will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required. You will monitor estimate/conversion rate. Ensure that all necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures. Maintain appearance and manner to present the best possible image to Customers in accordance with Company Policy. Maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff. Record any Customer complaints or non-conformance of the Quality System and implement appropriate corrective actions by following documented procedures. Carry out any further duties, within capabilities, when requested by management. These may include visiting Customers and working outside normal hours.
