Job Description

I am working with an Accident Repair Centre near Five oaks in West Sussex who are currently seeking a Bodyshop Advisor.

Job Role – Bodyshop Advisor

Job Location – Near Five Oaks in West Sussex

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience

You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for vehicle repair. Always delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers. You will have previously worked within a Bodyshop as a Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Administrator or Bodyshop Controller.

Main description for Bodyshop Advisor includes the following duties:

Meet & Greet customers, offer drinks, deal with the enquiry

Load new notifications and contact clients

Keep database up to date with comms and notes at all times

Book clients in for repairs

A number of admin tasks will be allocated to you, ranging from: updating online portals, sending update spreadsheets on excel to work providers, creating weekly data on CSI complaints, job conversion rates, methods and pre and post sweep checks, GDPR checks carried out.

Maintaining reception standards Data capturing minor retail work, loading images to Autoflow and liaising with estimators – this means imaging the customers’ damage and writing up what will need repairing/replacing / and loading to database

About you:
Previous experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Administrator or Bodyshop Controller.

To be confident, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team.

Full driving licence

Able to work to tight timescales and thrive off the pressure of a busy bodyshop department.

Excellent Communication skills

Excellent Customer Service skills
