Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Sales Manager to join their growing team. Drive the performance of the department to meet manufacturer and business volume objectives. Control profit targets, departmental expenses, and monitor trends to react accordingly. Maximise sales and profitability of the department. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Sales Manager, you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Are passionate about success and achieving objectives.
- Are organised and can prioritise workload effectively.
- Have experience in managing, coaching, motivating, and developing sales teams to ensure high performance standards.
- Possess excellent communication skills at all levels, assertive, professional, and dynamic, with strong customer service skills.
