Our client is a Main car-dealership in Solihull and they are looking for a new Assistant Service Manager to join their team.
Assistant Service Manager Role:
The successful candidate for our Assistant Service manager position will be responsible for the day to-day running of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets. Assisting the service manager in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
About You:
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Experience as an Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager in a main dealer environment is essential
- Strong industry knowledge
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Quality awareness.
- Full driving licence.
Package:
Basic Salary circa Β£38,000 OTE on top
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm
