Needed for a main dealership near Brockenhurst. My client is seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to lead and manage the department. This position would be ideal for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager who is methodical, organized, and able to maintain information about several parts. This role covers all makes and models of vehicles, so the ability to switch between customers and enquiries while remaining focused is key. Organization skills are top priority to ensure the smooth operation of the Parts department.

Role includes:

  • Ordering parts for the workshop and customer enquiries.
  • Assisting with the Balmer Lawn Group eBay shop.
  • Parts sourcing and identification.
  • Maintaining, organizing, and tidying the stockroom.
  • Organizing all parts deliveries and collections with our Parts Driver.
  • Completing and maintaining administration in line with orders and purchases.
  • Working alongside the warranty team for any outstanding warranty claims.
  • Using Kerridge / Keyloop software.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous Parts / Aftersales Advisor experience within the Motor Trade.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
  • Be organized and methodical in your work.
  • Be able to maintain a wide range of knowledge across the parts stock.
  • Ensure a smooth running workstation.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, plus alternating Saturday mornings.
