ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER – DORCHESTER
Job Location – Dorchester, Dorset
Salary basic 28k OTE 34k
Hours:
Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.00 and alternate Saturdays 08.00 – 13.00
You will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps a Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.
Responsible for:
- Implementing the Service Departments After Sales strategy (in respective area)
- Maximising volume and gross profit in line with established targets
- Managing costs
- Ensuring the Service Team uses the agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities.
- Ensuring all activities of the Service Team deliver outstanding after sale customer service
- Providing direction and support to the Service Team to ensure the delivery of agreed targets.
- Maximises the performance of the Service Department with the Aftersales Manager, through effective recruitment, coaching, management and development.
